Know Your Advisor
Academic advisement at Medgar Evers College is a comprehensive support system designed to guide students through their academic journey. The Academic Advising Center (AAC) provides personalized academic guidance and related services to students with 30 or more credits. Each student is assigned an academic advisor based on their major, ensuring a strong connection between the student’s academic experience and their department. Advisors assist with creating academic plans, mapping degree plans, and addressing academic issues related to grades, progress, and degree completion.
