Our goal at the Office of the Registrar is to provide our students with the best possible service. Our knowledgeable employees are prepared to provide our stakeholders with exceptional customer service.

  • The care in service that the Office of the Registrar offers to our stakeholders is symbolized by the image in the upper left corner.
  • Our commitment to Medgar Evers College is symbolized by an image of the official college logo in the upper right corner.
  • Civil Rights activist Medgar Wiley Evers, the namesake of the College, is represented by the image in the lower left.
  • Our dedication to following all legal requirements for the administration of student records is represented by the image of the files in the lower right corner.

To meet the needs of our students, we provide both in-person and virtual (online) services. Please be aware that many services, like transcript requests, graduation applications, and major changes, are only available online.

The Office of the Registrar is committed to offering optimal services to our students. We offer both virtual (online) and in-person services to support the needs of our students. Please note that some services are online only, for example, Change of Majors, Graduation Application, and Transcript Requests.
