As the Senior Vice President of Administration & Finance, I want to welcome you to our campus and thank you for visiting our web site!

The Division of Administration & Finance supports the mission of the College, and plays a significant role in Strategic Planning and is responsible for the oversight, planning and administration of sound financial stewardship and fiscal accountability to the entire campus community. To achieve these outcomes, the division facilitates responsive allocation and disbursement of all Tax/Non-Tax Levy revenues, develops core accounting and financial reporting, and fosters a transparent and controlled environment conducive to business continuity and operation cost-effectiveness.

Service groups within the area are: Accounts Payable, Budget, Bursar, Campus Planning & Operation, Campus Services, Comptroller, Environmental Health & Safety (OSHA), Facilities Management,  Property Management, Public Safety, Purchasing, and Risk Management & Internal Control.  They are committed to supporting and enhancing the experience of students, faculty and staff. Collectively, they apply best business practices that promote efficiency, productivity, and sustainability in all services rendered.

We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with each area and unit of the College to achieve its daily, monthly and annual targets. Adequate financial resource is crucial to meet our areas and units’ objectives. For this reason, we are committed to availing the required resources to support such targets.
