The IT Desktop & Device Support Unit is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance for all end-user computing devices and related peripherals. This includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software applications, and associated tools. The unit ensures a stable, secure, and productive computing environment for all employees, enabling them to effectively perform their job functions.
