Laura Priscilla James

Laura James was born and educated in the Republic of Panama in the former Canal Zone Area. In Panama, all education was in Spanish with English as a subject. A bridal designer by trade with a passion for youth advocacy, she is presently the Senior Director of the Summer Youth Employment Program, SPCD -Research Foundation CUNY-on behalf of Medgar Evers College and has been on staff at MEC for more than 20 years.
