Pilates w/Imogene Williams

Pilates is a movement practice that provides a full body workout that helps participants strengthen their core while building balance, reducing pain, and potentially reducing the likelihood of future injuries. Pilates helps one to stay in shape, work on proper breathing, correct posture and restore physical vitality. The mind and body are closely connected, and these exercises were designed to provide physical well-being along with complete mental rejuvenation.
