Coloring as a Form of Self Care

Studies have shown that there are countless benefits associated with the activity of tactile coloring. From reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus, and encouraging a calm mental state. This workshop seeks to educate participants of these benefits along with an interactive coloring activity.
