Get ready to claim your greatness through holistic healing practices. This panel will focus on healing the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Participants will receive practical health and nutrition advice, learn how to use various forms of writing as a healing tool, and other methods to maintain a balanced and peaceful life. With holistic doctor Jamal Hester, N.D., MEC professors Donna Hill, and Dr. Fabienne Snowden.
