Prepare for Success
Upload all Immunization Forms
Students are required to submit proof of MMR vaccinations and complete the meningitis response form in CUNYfirst.
Complete SPARC Training
All admitted students Fall 2023 complete the SPARC online training as a part of their enrollment process. Access the online SPARC training.
