Mandatory Professional Licensure Disclosure

It is important to highlight that there is no Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) license in New York State. Consequently, a blanket statement of “does not meet” applies for our social work program, as the eligibility for licensure in other states remains unclear.

We encourage prospective students to consult their state’s licensing board for detailed information regarding licensure requirements and to ensure they understand the implications of their educational choices.
