The Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Committee (IEAC) plays a crucial role in institutional assessment, evaluation, and coordination of activities leading to improvement of institutional effectiveness. The Committee provides leadership, oversight, and coordination for assessment activities across the college and evaluates progress toward goals outlined by MEC and CUNY, reviews the assessment processes for administrative and academic units, and reviews the assessment of student learning outcomes and program outcomes in programs that involve student learning.
